Q: Why do I have to make an appointment before coming down?
It is best to schedule an appointment so we can ensure that someone is around to attend to you (as we may be running other errands such as deliveries etc). Also, our store is humbly small therefore, this will help in crowd control. :)

DELIVERY
Q: How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery is FREE for orders above $200. Otherwise, the delivery fee is at a flat rate of $12 islandwide.
To opt for self-collection, pick-up is available at 9 King Albert Park, KAP Mall #01-66 Singapore 598332. Self-collection is by appointment basis. Please contact us to make an appointment.
Q: When will my order be dispatched?
For customized flower arrangements/bloom boxes orders, we strongly recommend placing your orders at least 3 business days in advance to avoid any delays. For urgent orders, please reach out to us.
RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Once you have made a purchase, it is final and non-refundable.
