A well-renovated office/classroom/workshop space available with versatile layout options. The 180sqft space can be used for:
1. Tuition, meeting room, art & craft workshops
2. Capacity: Max 12 pax
3. Fully furnished with stools, tables and air-conditioner
4. Bright and great lighting, with windows and blinds
5. Vinyl flooring
Booking fee is $30 per hour. Minimum 2 hours of booking.
Host rules
- No smoking or alcohol.
- Simple refreshments i.e. coffee, tea and light snacks are permitted within the space.
- Food and drinks should be consumed within the space.
- To keep the place clean and tidy after event.
Cancellation Policy: Flexible with Grace Period
- Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
- Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
- Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 month from the original date, at no cost.
